Do you know how taking a deep breath is good for your health?
It eases your tension & anxiety; lowers your hypertension (high blood pressure); builds up a good appetite; restrains your desire for cigarette smoking; helps stomach digestion; refreshes your brain; lowers your DM (血糖) figures; controls your temper; regulates your HB (heart beat-心跳).....
You can have a deep breath wherever you like, and whenever you want. But do not take a deep breath immediately after a meal. You might do it 1-2 hrs after a meal. Of course, you cannot do it in the midst of eating.
