   1)     The people who win make the smallest mistakes. It is a Game of most misses.

   嬴球者失誤最少。它是看誰失誤最多的比賽

   2)     All is fair in love and golf.

   談戀愛與打球都是公平的

   3)     Golfers come and golfers go, but mostly the latter.

   打球者來來去去，但大部分是離去者

   4)     If at first you don't succeed, try looking at the ball.

   若首先未成功，就試圖看球

   5)     If at first you do succeed, try to hide your astonishment.

   若首先未成功，就試圖不表示驚呀

   6)     If you see two people talking, the one who isn't yawning is the golfer.

   若看到兩位打球者在談話，其中一位不打哈欠者才是真正的打球者。
