1)     Life is simple, eat, sleep and play golf. 人生簡單，不過吃飯、睡覺和打球。

2)     The talk of the dignity of work. Bull shit. The dignity is in the leisure.談工作尊嚴的話題。胡扯，尊嚴應在休閑中

         

            

3)     Serenity is knowing that your worst shot is going to be pretty good. 沈着是知道你最糟糕的一桿會是十分好的。

           

4)     “Perfection is unattainable. This is the Beautiful Challenge of golf & life. 完美無瑕是辦不到的。這是打球與人生漂亮的挑戰。

5)     In golf as in life, it is the follow through that makes differences.

打球如人生，重要的是(擊球後的)後續打姿。

6)     Golf is a fascinating game. It has taken me nearly 40 years to discover I can’t play it. 高爾夫球是迷人的。可是花了近40年我才發現不是打球的料子。
