分析：並非僅歐巴馬一人懷疑對蘇俄的制裁 (普丁也是)

“We don’t yet know if it’s going to work,” Obama told reporters ahead of today’s sanctions announcement.

『我們還不知道行不行得通』，今天宣佈制裁之前，他告訴記者。

 Yet this will not be easy, largely due to Russia’s economic size and its close economic ties with Europe. 但此事不易辦得到，大部分因為蘇俄龐大的經濟體，與其與歐盟的密切關係。
